NovuCraft maintains inventory at multiple locations worldwide. We ship orders from the nearest fulfillment center depending on the destination, regardless of the sales channel.
We ship from Germany and China.

Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days once payment has been confirmed*.
If the order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon), it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.
We ship from Monday to Friday and do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
Some carriers (UPS, B2C Europe, DHL Express) do not scan packages at pickup from our warehouse, and the tracking page may not reflect same-day processing. Please be assured that the announced total delivery time remains unchanged.
*If payment is made via PayPal eCheck, order confirmation will be delayed until the check clears (7 business days). If you selected PayPal eCheck as your payment method and completed checkout, your order has been placed, but shipping will be delayed by 7 days in addition to the standard delivery times listed below.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We only ship to PO boxes within the mainland United States.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking information once the carrier has collected your package from our fulfillment center. This may occur 1 to 2 business days after your order is placed.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
NovuCraft is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applied by local customs authorities to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, etc.).
In the following mainland regions, no customs duties are applied: United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union.
Outside the regions listed above, customs duties may apply depending on local authorities. In particular, for Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, etc., Perifit does not prepay customs duties.
Damages
NovuCraft is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order or received it damaged, please contact the carrier or directly contact our support team (novulimited11@gmail.com) to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide* and standard shipping is free.
*Excluded countries: United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Brazil, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Russia, and North Korea.
